FAQs

Do you take cards?

Bingo cashiers accept debit and cash including touch pay. The Food Truck/Concession stand accepts cards and cash. Pull Tabs are cash only.

Are children allowed?

Children 6 and up are allowed but must be accompanied by an adult and any winnings will be paid to that adult. Bingo tends to be boring to very small children.

How long does bingo last?

On average, sessions tend to last around 2 hours. This can fluctuate depending on the attendance size and amount of pull tabs that are sold and played.

What are Pull Tabs?

Pull tabs are like mini-games that are played throughout the night. There are three different types of pull tabs and you can learn about how each are played here. Pull tab sales are the primary income for the charity at a bingo session, as most of the bingo income pays the jackpots per game.

What is the Pull Tab Punch?

For every $25 in pull tabs purchased prior to the start of bingo, you get your name put in the Pull Tab Punch drawing. Every Saturday, we pull a winner from the hopper to come and punch out a prize on the Pull Tab Punch board. Prizes have ranged from patio furniture to a giant bucket of Reeses to Blackout computers and Big Bass Bingo Merchandise. The board is reset every 8 weeks after all prizes have been awarded. We also do entire Pull Tab Punch boards for special events.

What does Level 1 and Level 2 mean?

Level 1 is Full Pay. Level 2 is Half Pay. This means that if a bingo pot is $100 and you win on Level 1, you win the full $100 minus 5% taxes. If you win on Level 2, you win $50 minus 5% taxes. In the event of multiple bingos, the pot is split first by the number of players for Level 1 wins and then split in half on Level 2 wins. Each card is marked on the computers as Level 1 or Level 2. Paper is Level 1 unless a kid pack is being played and those are Level 2.

What does Half Pay mean for a Bingo Session?

A Half Pay session is when we do not have over 31 people in attendance. This means that the entire session jackpots are split in half and Level 1 and Level 2 payouts are paid accordingly.

What does “Guaranteed Blackout” mean?

A guaranteed Blackout means that is the jackpot amount that will be paid on a Level 1 win regardless of attendance. We often guarantee a Blackout pot on event nights. We also guarantee Blackout based on attendance.

What is the Hotball?

The Hotball is a side jackpot that you can enter for $2. Before each bingo session, a ball is pulled and named the “Hotball.” If you bingo on this number, you will win the extra jackpot. The jackpot increases each day until it is won and resets to $100. The Hotball does not apply to Blackout.

How does Bonanza work?

At the beginning of every session, we pull 48 balls. You pre-daub your Bonanza cards at the beginning of bingo and at intermission. Bonanza is played for a blackout within a certain number of balls starting at 52 and increases each week by one until Bonanza is won. If nobody wins Bonanza during the session, we continue playing for a consolation prize of $25 Bingo Bucks. The Bonanza jackpot maxes out at $750. All additional proceeds from Bonanza goes to our charity, Lake Fork Stables. Bonanza cards are 3 for $5, $2 individually and you can trade in your cards that don’t have good odds of winning for $1 per card.

What are Bingo Bucks?

Bingo Bucks are our form of prize money or “free play”. Three games on Friday and Saturday night pay in Bingo Bucks, as well as the Bonanza consolation prize. Additional Bingo Bucks may also be won in the Pull Tab Punch. Bingo Bucks can be used to purchase anything in the building from pull tabs and bingo supplies to food and merchandise.

Do you sell Daubers?

Yes, we sell daubers for $3 per. They can be purchased from the cashier.

Are you BYOB?

Yes, we are BYOB. We also offer a select choice of beer and wine complimentary.

Can we bring our own food?

No, we do not allow outside food or snacks, as the food truck is operated by Lake Fork Stables, a 501c3 nonprofit, and helps to support their programs.
